"In the Mouth of Madness" is Luni Coleone's second album after changing his name from Lunasicc. Along with his name, he has adopted a new style used in "Mouth of Madness." Removed from his days of slow paced flows like "Wanna Get High" from X-Raided's - Xorcist, and mnay of his tracks off earlier albums as Lunasicc, Luni Coleone comes tight with fast paced beats and a more hardcore approach to his lyrics. "Turf Niggaz" is a track that depicts Coleone as a thug patrolling his turf and putting the smack down on anyone representing. "Been so Long" is a tribute to all his friends that have passed on since his childhood. The track aslo features Killa Tay and Marvaless. "My Name" features Skee 64oz.and has a great beat that has a fast pace to it. It has a piano in the background and the lyrics center on the people who hate on Coleone. "2 Bonnies & 1 Clyde" also comes tight, but not as much as the other tracks listed above. Overall "In the Mouth of Madness" is an improvement over "Total Recall" his first album under Luni Coleone, but it still isn't as good as many of the other big name Sacarmento rappers. 6/10
