"Hall of Game" has to be one of E-40's best albums. There are plenty of guest appearances including 2pac, Too $hort, B-Legit, Keak Da Sneak, Spice 1 and others. The album begins with "Record Haters" a diss on Rasheed Wallace. Track 2 is "Rapper's Ball" with Too $hort and K-Ci. It has a good beat and great lyrics. "Million Dollar Spot" with 2pac and B-Legit is one of the best tracks on the album. In "The Story" E-40 talks about the old days when things were different. It has a slow beat, but really good lyrics. "Ring It" has a poor beat, but the quality of guest appearances can't be overlooked; Spice 1, Keak Da Sneak, Harm. "Things'll Never Change" has a similar sound to 2pac's "Changes." The same piano is in the background and the lyrics even sound similar. E-40 raps about getting beat as a child, the world's problems and all the things that are wrong in the world. "Circumstances" featuring Luniz, Celly Cel, and Kokane has a good beat to it and nice background affects. Overall the album has everything to make it great. It is one of E-40's best by far. A must get for all E-40 fans, and rap fans in general.
